At I-CHOICE we care about you and your health.

All of our clinics — including our mobile clinic — are staffed with licensed, trained, medical professionals.

• Free, accurate lab quality pregnancy testing

It is important that you get a lab quality pregnancy test — these professional tests are going to be the most accurate. If the test is positive, you may want to consider having an ultrasound to confirm your pregnancy and to give you the best estimate of how far the pregnancy is advanced.

• Free pregnancy verification by ultrasound to qualified patients

Abortion procedures and their costs are based upon how far along you are in your pregnancy. We don’t perform or refer for abortions at the I-CHOICE Clinics, but we can help you determine how advanced your pregnancy is so that you know the type and cost of the procedure you may be contemplating. Also, it’s not uncommon for a pregnancy to end in miscarriage, and often an ultrasound can determine whether or not a miscarriage is likely to occur.

• Early prenatal care for patients who choose to continue their pregnancy

Some of our patients choose to continue their pregnancy but have limited access to obstetrical care. I-CHOICE provides prenatal care at no charge to our patients for the first trimester. For later pregnancy care, we will provide referrals to low cost or sliding scale obstetric providers in our area. We can also help you apply for Health Care coverage.

• STD Testing and Treatment

Being sexually active means you may be exposed to a variety of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), depending on your (and your partner’s) sexual history. Condom use can reduce but not eliminate your risk of contracting certain STDs. If you are concerned that you may have been exposed to an STD or are experiencing symptoms, we can provide confidential testing.

• Maternity Home

If you don’t have the network of support required to choose to continue your pregnancy, we offer a residential program which can surround you with a family environment who cares about you.

• Post Abortion Support

If you or someone you know has had an abortion and needs to talk with someone who understands…

What is available?
  • Initial one-on-one contact with one of our advocates to help identify specific needs and next steps.
  • Quarterly confidential small groups.

  • All of our services are free of charge.
